I started Rose Grant Works & Consulting for two main reasons:  1.) because I love to research and write grants, and 2.) because it's time for nonprofit leaders to stand up for themselves and get the help they deserve. As a 15+ year veteran of nonprofit work, I know firsthand that most nonprofit leaders are overworked and underpaid. Some weeks (months!), it's challenging to do more than move from crisis to crisis, pitching in and making it work, but never really getting ahead. You and your mission deserve a robust and healthy leadership paradigm, and that means it is imperative that you receive the help you need.
